I wasn’t really expecting much after I placed the order, but to be fair, they did keep me updated well. The package info came through quickly, and I didn’t have to sit around guessing what was going on. So yeah, I’ll give them credit for that.

I was happy when this showed up. You know how sometimes you open a box and things are just kind of tossed in there? This was the opposite. The box felt sturdy, everything inside was arranged neatly, and nothing was bent, scratched, or damaged. I noticed the packaging before I even really got to the item itself, which says something. It just felt like they actually cared about it arriving in good shape. Overall, really pleased with the order.

When my Diamond Art Club order arrived, I was excited to open it up and see the kit in person. I pulled everything out, and at first the packing slip kind of threw me off. It looked a little confusing, so I ended up checking the items against what I had ordered just to make sure nothing was off. Thankfully, the kit, size, and design were all exactly what I picked. So even though the paperwork made me pause for a second, the actual order was correct, and I’m happy with it overall...

The kit had pretty much everything I needed, except a few of the drills came up short. I was still able to finish the job, but I had to improvise a bit, which was kind of frustrating. Also, I had to wait in a queue longer than I expected before getting help, so that didn’t exactly make the experience any better.

I’m glad there are both small and big kits to choose from. It just makes things easy depending on what I need, and I feel like I can’t really go wrong picking one

I was a little nervous the colors might be off compared to the online picture, but the moment I saw it in person, it just felt right. They’re really close to what was shown, and the finished piece looks bright, clean, and not dull at all. I’m really happy with how accurate it turned out

I’ve bought similar kits before for my weekend projects, and these felt like a solid deal for the price. Everything I needed was included, and the quality was better than I expected. I’d definitely pick them up again, especially if they go on sale.

I accidentally ordered the wrong kit and needed to send it back. Thankfully, the return policy was easy to understand, and the whole process was painless. I got my refund without having to follow up a bunch, which I really appreciated. It’s refreshing when a company makes returns simple and stress-free.

I’ve ordered from Diamond Art Club a few times now, and yeah, the kits are great, but the thing I keep thinking about is the community around it. Like, I came for the diamond art and somehow stayed for the people, which I did not really expect.

The Facebook group is actually helpful too, not one of those groups where you feel awkward asking a basic question. People post tips, works in progress, finished pieces, and I’m always there thinking, okay good, I’m not the only one figuring things out as I go. The staff jump in sometimes too, which makes it feel a little more personal.

Overall it just feels friendly and easy to be part of. It makes the hobby feel less like I’m just buying another kit and more like I’m sharing the fun with people who get it

I really like the designs and the site is easy to use, but for some reason the ones I want always seem to be out of stock. I keep checking back, and sometimes they come back, sometimes they don’t. It gets a little frustrating too when new releases sell out so fast. It’s not a bad shop at all, I just wish the inventory was a bit more reliable.

I’m impressed with how fast the rewards points add up?? I already used them to get a discount on my next kit, which made the whole thing feel even more worth it.

The instructions were really easy to follow, and I understood everything right away without having to guess. if anything felt a little off, it was probably just bad timing on my end because I was in a rush.

So... I ended up choosing a more challenging design and it definitely took me a while to finish, but I found it really relaxing. The symbols were easy to read, and the final picture turned out great. I’d definitely order again

A few drills were missing from my order, but support handled it really well. I reached out and they sent replacements quickly, no hassle at all, and they kept me updated along the way. If anyone runs into the same issue, I’d say just contact them right away — they made the whole thing easy.

I’ve ordered a few kits from Diamond Art Club now, and one thing I really appreciate is that they actually use licensed art and credit the artists. It just feels better knowing the artist was paid instead of someone just grabbing an image off the internet. The quality has been really nice too, but that licensing part is what keeps me coming back

The canvas feels nice and thick, and it showed up looking good with no weird creases around the edges or anywhere else
